The Rosslare Royal Irish is by far one of the most attractive Peterson lines, in my opinion. Everything just works together perfectly — the honey-natural stain, the Supreme-grade briar, the amber-like acrylic stem, and even the silver faux spigot mount, which to me looks like the De Luxe friction-gap stem, but with a silver tenon… absolutely stunning line!

One day I will just have to keep one for myself…

Even though the grain on this 999 is not straight grain, the pattern is arguably even more interesting — with straight grain running horizontally from the base of the shank towards the front of the pipe.

The pipes go through one final check before shipping, so if you notice any inconsistencies in the carnauba finish or smudges they will be taken care of before your pipe is shipped to you.
