At this point I am repeating myself but for the newcomers – These old de luxe systems were the absolute highest grade Peterson offered at the time and even though no modern Peterson pipe can come even close to this briar quality, if I had to compare them to something modern, that would be the golden supreme.

This is a barely used pipe with amazing grain and surface texture, but I just have one note for it – the hole on the p lip is just a bit off center. This is nothing out of the ordinary for peterson and doesn’t affect the performance of the pipe. To be honest it is barely noticable and it looks a lot less dramatic in real life.

The pipes go through one final check before shipping, so if you notice any inconsistencies in the carnauba finish or smudges they will be taken care of before your pipe is shipped to you.
