I hate listing pipes for sale if I don’t know absolutely everything about them, but I had to throw in the towel on this one…

Here is what I know — Irish Made is an entry / mid-range Peterson line of army-mount pipes with nickel mounts, and that has been the case since the line was introduced in the 1950s, as far as I know.

So you can imagine how perplexed I was to see a non-army-mounted 999 with an intricate metal ring and a rusticated finish that I haven’t seen before…

I have asked so many people about it so far, but the collective “we” has nothing to offer.

My best guess would be some obscure European-market release, which I personally find super interesting.

The pipes go through one final check before shipping, so if you notice any inconsistencies in the carnauba finish or smudges they will be taken care of before your pipe is shipped to you.
