The Supreme is Peterson’s absolute highest grade (around $1000 new).

This specific one comes from the Italian market — hence the lack of a “P” logo on the stem and the rare shape.

Condition is amazing, with a little bit of thinning on the button. Unfortunately, someone before me buffed the hallmarks to the point where you can’t read them anymore, but based on some other marks I can say it’s probably from the late 80s or 90s.
