Just like all other POYs, the 2024 one was very special indeed, since this was the first brand new shape Peterson came out with in more than a decade.

It is such an interesting shape, which reminds me of so many iconic Peterson designs: the friction gap B stem from the Patent Era, a rare-for-Peterson swan neck shank, a distinct Mark Twain curve, and a bent Rhodesian bowl design…

A very brave shape which is very much out there, but still anchored in the Peterson design language and heritage.

The pipes go through one final check before shipping, so if you notice any inconsistencies in the carnauba finish or smudges they will be taken care of before your pipe is shipped to you.
