Site Update: About Page & Transparency Stuff Added

Quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

I’ve been working on a proper About section to put a lot of important info in one place instead of scattering it around the site. You’ll now find clear explanations about how I restore and grade pipes, how shipping works, what to expect with returns, and how to get in touch with me directly.

I’ve also added sections for people who want to sell a pipe collection or ask about trade-ins, since that comes up pretty often.

This page will keep evolving, but the goal is simple: fewer surprises, more clarity, and a more human way of explaining how I work.
